Items that have been worn will not be able to be returned.

All return postage costs are your responsibility and we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on custom and bespoke orders.

Deliveries to countries outside the UK may incur local sales tax
upon arrival and a customs processing charge. You will be responsible
for these fees.

As a sustainable business, all jewellery is made to order so please allow time for your item to be made. As a general guideline, acrylic jewellery is dispatched between 2 to 5 working days and metal jewellery from 5 to 12 workign days.

Standard postage within the UK is £4.50 and free over £50.

UK next day delivery is £7.50.

International charges start from £8.

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged in a branded box, ready for gifting.

Acrylic jewellery can be delicate so be careful when wearing. Please keep away from hair spray and perfume to avoid damage. Store your jewellery in a box when not wearing.

The best way to avoid tarnishing silver jewellery is to wear it! Avoid contact with household chemicals and chlorine. Perfumes, skin lotions, and hair products such as hair spray can also cause silver to tarnish.

For acrylic jewellery, we recommend cleaning with a soft cloth.

Silver jewellery can be polished with a silver polishing or microfibre cloth
