UK - Free tracked and insured delivery when you spend £50 and over, £4.50 for orders under £50

UK - next day delivery is £7.50

International shipping costs start from £8.

Standard delivery will take between 2-5 working days for all acrylic jewellery. Silver/gold jewellery will take up to 2.5 weeks but please check specific timelines on the product pages of the items you're interested in.

Please let us know if you have a deadline as we will always do our best to make your timeline

Jewellery is sent via Royal Mail tracked for orders within the UK, Europe and Asia.

US orders are sent via USPS.

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages.

If for any reason you are
unhappy with your jewellery, you have 14 days to request a return or
exchange. Please contact us immediately by emailing
customercare@jenniferloiselle.com

Items that have been worn will not be able to be returned.

You are responsible for the postage cost of returns and we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged or lost during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you wrap and package the products thoroughly to avoid any breakages.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on custom and bespoke orders.
